WSPLIB 2.0

WSPLIB 2.0 text-to-speech library is available in 16 and 32-bit Windows DLL formats. It can be used by developers to add text-to-speech ability in their applications.

System requirements: IBM PC or compatible computer, Windows 3.1x (16-bit DLL) or Windows 95/98/NT (32-bit DLL), Windows compatible sound card.

Features:

Takes English text and produces speech output to sound card or PC's internal speaker.
Simple and Dual-buffer speech functions.
Adjustable volume, pitch, and speech rate.
Allows custom dictionaries.
Supports multiple voice fonts.
Synchronization function allows animation or special events to synchronize with the speech.
